International Emmy Awards 2012 Judging Semi-Final in the category "TV movie/mini-series'' was held in Kyiv on September 14, 2012 in the course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK.

The idea of holding the Judging Semi-Final in Kyiv belongs to Victoria Yarmoshchuk, Director of Media Resources Management, who is a Member of International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

It is very important that Semi-Final was held in the course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK, as it gave us an opportunity to provide an exceptional jury, made up of experts not only from Russia and Ukraine, but also from other CIS countries, Western and Eastern Europe. International jury selected the semi-final works. Movies and TV series selected in Kyiv will proceed to the final round of judging. The Final-winners will be awarded at the 40th International Emmy Awards in New York.
