International Emmy Awards 2012 Judging Semi-Final in the category "TV movie/mini-series'' was held in Kyiv on September 14, 2012 in the course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK.

The idea of holding the Judging Semi-Final in Kyiv belongs to Victoria Yarmoshchuk, Director of Media Resources Management, who is a Member of International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

International jury selected the semi-final works. Movies and TV series selected in Kyiv will proceed to the final round of judging. The Final-winners will be awarded at the 40th International Emmy Awards in New York.
