For the first time in the course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK a special event was held – the Ukrainian-Chinese roundtable discussion, organized with the support of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine and with the participation of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ukraine.

Top managers of Chinese and Ukrainian media and production companies, representatives of the film industry of both countries, industry associations, as well as representatives of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ukraine and the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine gathered at the roundtable.

Taking into account the interest and willingness to cooperate in the field of production and distribution of cinema and television content of both countries, experts discussed the current state of the content industry of Ukraine and China, the realities and prospects of the partnership between the countries.

The event has become an important step towards mutually beneficial cooperation and opened up new opportunities for Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation in the film and media industry.
